Karen Marsh, PE is a regulatory strategist and founder of Lumina Sky Consulting, working with technology developers, industrial operators, and policy organizations at the intersection of regulation, technology, and implementation.
Her perspective is informed by more than 20 years of regulatory and technical experience spanning government, consulting, technology evaluation, and policy development, including 13 years with the U.S. EPA.
